Work with your coach while receiving input on a biweekly basis. As your relationship is established with your coach they will guide you through your individualized program. Your coach will teach you how to follow the established program and implement your workouts. Training logs utilizing heart rate or power are reviewed weekly to ensure your training segments are built correctly. Testing sessions are a must and need to be every 8-10 weeks in the off-season to insure that programs and development are on track.
